Park Royal Partnership (PRP) appointed us to project manage an Opportunity Area Planning Framework for release by the GLA. This brief involved drawing together the views and interests of many partner organisations.
The Dephna Group
The Dephna Group acquired a building within the Park Royal Estate for developing serviced kitchen units for use by food industry businesses in the area. The Park Royal Partnership had already identified this use as a positive local food industry gain.
Medina Properties
Medina Properties bought a vacant office building near its existing premises in Windsor. Staff used the offices for prayers on Fridays, but the property did not have the benefit of planning approval. The local community opposed the development vigorously. It was therefore necessary not only to gain planning approval, but to work with the local community.
