The Dephna Group

The Dephna Group acquired a building within the Park Royal Estate for developing serviced kitchen units for use by food industry businesses in the area. The Park Royal Partnership had already identified this use as a positive local food industry gain.

The Action

We presented a planning application for change of use. As part of the evidence it was necessary to discuss and present the merits of the case. As a retained consultant to Park Royal Partnership, with detailed knowledge of the whole estate, Sandra took on this task.

Result

Sandra gained planning permission for the client and the unit is now working successfully within the estate.
