Park Royal Partnership (PRP) retained our services, advising on all planning matters. This is one of the largest industrial estates in Europe, and so demands knowledge in all areas of commercial development. There are many companies represented across the site, from small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs), through to multinational corporations.

The estate has both leaseholders and owner-occupiers, with local developers such as the Dephna Group and international commercial property giants like SEGRO.

One unique part of our work for PRP looked at a new area for planning, the potential for linking waste to a renewable energy project, as a means of helping commercial businesses meet and respond to the climate change agenda.
