We have worked on various residential developments, ranging from 200 units in the town centre of Bishop Stortford in Essex, to a housing scheme for some fifty units in a semi-rural location in the north-west of England. It is also possible for us to advise on single applications comprising one property.

Many of our assignments are successful after negotiating on your behalf with planning authority representatives. However, we also have experience of working for clients when the application goes to public inquiry. Here we may act as an expert witness, as well direct the professional team including legal counsel.
